All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days via “USPS Priority” or “FedEx Ground”. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. We process all orders in the order they are received. Orders cannot be changed once processed. Please call as soon as possible between the hours of 10am to 7pm EST at 609-742-0828 with any questions. We do not accept returns of sample packages, test batches, or made-to-order soap. The soaps react differently depending on various regional/environmental conditions, ingredient combinations, and exposure circumstances. Soap appearence may be slighty different batch to batch due to being handmade in nature. The soap should have about a 5 month shelf life.
